John Sullivan has served as lead counsel in both the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Texas Supreme Court, as well as represented clients at all stages of litigation in the Supreme Court of the United States and in various circuit courts throughout the country. John especially excels at briefs designed to garner the attention of courts with discretionary dockets—he has drafted numerous petitions granted by the Supreme Court of the United States and the Texas Supreme Court.
